Programme Requirements
You are required to complete 16 courses that comprises: (a) nine (9) core courses; (b) seven (7) functional courses/electives; and
c) one of these: (i) a dissertation through an overseas Business Study Mission (BSM), or (ii) a dissertation on a topic appoved by the School, or (iii) two full courses, one of which must be non-examinable, that is, assessment is made solely on coursework with no final examination.
You have the option to do a General MBA or a Specialised MBA. This is determined by the choice of functional and elective courses
(a) If you choose to do a specialisation, at least four out of the seven functional courses must be from that specialisation. The remaining can be functional courses of any specialisation or general elective with the exception of the Accountancy specialisation.
(b) If you choose to do a General MBA, the seven courses can be functional courses of any specialisation or general elective.
There are a total of 8 specialisations to choose from.
